It is important to consider ethics when sending healing to another person and I cover points to be aware of in this podcast. There are ways to still offer this support while making sure the energy you work with does in fact resonate with the receiver. We also need to consider that, while we might mean well and want to help / support a friend, family member or colleague, they may not wish to receive healing energy from us for various reasons. I also cover what to do when a healing you send is not wanted by the receiver, along with 2 techniques to try if it bounces back to you.

Hello again, I’m Liz Findlay, the creator behind Ascension Swag. After sharing the story behind my Seed of Life design, I thought I’d share more about the third design that wished to be birthed within Ascension Swag: the Flower of Life clothing design!

As mentioned before, I am just the human on the team being guided by a strong galactic presence – the Overlighting Beings of Ascension Swag. They have shown me that the designs exist in multiple dimensions, and I simply channel the physical dimension version of what exists. There is so much more that we cannot see (and of course cannot be conveyed in 2D print). So to get an idea of some of what’s going on beyond what we can see, imagine this Flower of Life design as a sphere or ball, rather than a flat circle.
On a Sacred Geometry workshop I attended in Ireland, we were told we would be drawing Metatron’s Cube and the starting point is drawing the Flower of Life in pencil. I’d actually never drawn either and was relieved at how it all seemed to fall into place and make sense in my head. I think that’s partly due to a fabulous teacher, artist Patrcia Fitzgerald. You might notice that the Flower of Life starts with the Vesica Piscis, transitions through briefly being the Seed of Life, and with many more circles added, it becomes the Flower of Life. In fact, I’ve seen many versions that either visually stop at the point I have in my design, or they continue adding circles that you can imagine it going into infinity. All of them are the Flower of Life as the true nature of it is multidimensional and we just see some of its facets.
The moment I opened my digital canvas for this design to be birthed on screen, I knew it was going to have a strong purple element as the Violet Flame and Ultra Violet Fire were already coming in. I work with them a lot as cleansing energies and so I could sense them immediately. It was actually only after my “ceremony” that I found out that this symbol is often used to dissipate lower vibrational energies. Makes sense now!
I was guided to include the light yellow glow to emanate Gold Light from the Great Central Sun. This is a very protective energy and is also known as the Ascension Grid. This is important for us Lightworkers as it linked to our Soul’s Path and calling on this Light can be a super helpful tool. It can help us to flourish to our highest potential, bring balance and harmony to the Soul’s Path.
Once I completed the design digitally, I carried out a process that includes energetic cleansing, upgrading the vibration, and infusing of beneficial energies. This is probably the most important part of the whole process for me, as the integrity of the benefits need to remain and be amplified within the energetics of the design. About The Design:
This Flower of Life clothing design has been specifically attuned to assist those who use it with living in harmony with all life in a mutually beneficial way, reiterating that we are all connected. It is also a symbol linked to dissipating lower vibrational energies and balancing energies. I specifically infused The Violet Flame and Ultra Violet Fire within this design to amplify this cleansing of all that no longer serves.
This design has also been infused with the energy of Light Codes to assist with flourishing to one’s highest potential, bringing balance and harmony to the Soul’s Path.
We tune into The Blueprint of the Universe through the Divine Language of Sacred Geometry. The Flower of Life has been seen in a number of ancient sites, including Abydos in Egypt. Leonardo da Vinci sketched it many times in his notebooks and used its Golden Ratio of “Phi” in his work.

Can we really communicate with our companion animals? The short answer is “Yes”, Animal Communication is real!! In this podcast I share how this communication can occur, some techniques to try out to build your confidence, and experiences of my own along the way of developing trust. I do believe that anyone can communicate with their dogs and cats, and are probably already doing some of it already without consciously knowing that this is what it is.
Starseeds are generally very in tune with all sentient life, especially the Animal Kingdom. I find many of my human clients are already communicating with their dogs, cats, and horses. They just lack the confidence to believe that what they are experiencing is real. Doubt creeps in and they discard what they “hear” as their imagination. Trusting in your experience, even just little bits here and there, will most definitely strengthen your relationship with your companion animal and help you to realise you’re already an Animal Communicator!

Seed of Life – The story behind the clothing design!
Hello again, I’m Liz Findlay, the creator behind Ascension Swag. After sharing the story behind my Galaxy Metatron’s Cube design, I thought I’d share more about the second design that wished to be birthed within Ascension Swag: the Seed of Life design! Wearing Seed of Life clothing assists with new beginnings, a new path, and energetic protection.
As mentioned in my previous blog, I’m the human on the team being guided by a strong galactic presence. They have shown me that the designs exist in multiple dimensions, and I simply channel the physical dimension version of what exists. There is so much more that we cannot see (and of course cannot be conveyed in 2D print). So to get an idea of some of what’s going on beyond what we can see, imagine this design as a 3D object, rather than a 2D image. You might be able to visualise this in your mind’s eye.
While exploring sacred geometry literally with paper, pencil, compass and ruler, the easiest symbol to draw (for me anyway) is the Seed of Life. You start with the Vesica Piscis, as you might know oftens depicts a sacred passage, portal or galactic gateway. Adding more circles around the central circle to create this 7-circle symbol, each carefully positioned at measured overlapping points. If you studied human Biology at school, you might remember the cell division that takes place with an embryo forming, literally seeding life. Looking at this process under a microscope bares very similar resemblance to these 7 overlapping circles.
While my first design was very, very pink, I was guided to create this one as almost entirely blue, and quite specifically this electric blue in the centre parts. Once I completed the design on computer, I carried out a process that includes energetic cleansing, upgrading the vibration, and infusing of beneficial energies. This is probably the most important step for me, as the integrity of the benefits need to remain and be amplified within the energetics of the design. About The Design:
This design has been specifically attuned to assist those who use it with new beginnings and with confidence in walking a new path. It is also a symbol linked to protection, and Archangel Michael was very prominent in the energetic ceremony for this design. His Electric Blue Fire of Protection radiates from the centre of this symbol.
This design has also been infused with the energy of Light Codes to ignite and maintain confidence throughout any new beginning, including new life choices, new projects and ventures, new relationships, new collaborations, and new ideas of inspiration.
We tune into The Blueprint of the Universe through the Divine Language of Sacred Geometry. The Seed of Life is made up of 7 overlapping circles and is the precursor to The Flower of Life.

Galaxy Metatron’s Cube – The story behind the clothing design!
Hi, I’m Liz Findlay, the creator behind Ascension Swag, energy infused merchandise for all those on the Spiritual Path, including Starseeds & Lightworkers. I thought I’d share the story behind this Galaxy Metatron’s Cube clothing / accessory design, as it was the first design that wanted to come through with this project.
I do feel a strong galactic presence guiding this project and I’m the human on the team. I do believe the designs already exist on other dimensions and I’m the team member tasked with manifesting them in our 3D reality on the Earth-plane.
I’ll totally admit that my favourite colour is pink and so this design felt very personal. It got me excited to wear the garments and inspired me forward on this project.
I spent many months hand-drawing mandalas, sacred geometry and of course Metatron’s Cube before I even attempted this digital art version. It felt important to explore the elements and structure within the realms of tactile creativity first!

Starseeds are often very empathic and sensitive souls, and can absorb energies and influences from this 3D world that potentially manifest in pain in the physical body. This Transmission has been crafted by Steve Nobel & Liz Findlay to help release the energetic factors at play that impact upon or amplify the body’s experience of pain, aiding in pain relief.
This transmission focuses on a specific area of priority. We then invoke your Body Consciousness to release all energy there that does not belong to you, releasing programmes and blocks related to pain and suffering from your bloodlines/ancestral lines, as well as from this lifetime. All perceived benefits to creating pain and suffering are then cleared.

Some Starseeds find self-care begin to slip when they are feeling pain, and this often begins with focus shifting away from energetic protection. During times when we don’t feel our optimal self, it is very important that we still maintain some focus on energetic protection to prevent further influences from affecting us further. A podcast for Starseeds with practical energetic cleansing techniques for space clearing your home and your accommodation when you travel.
Starseeds are generally sensitive to subtle changes in the energetics of a space, and specifically to low vibe energy. While introducing energetic protection into your home/space is important, so too is clearing and cleansing the space energetically. In this podcast I share why and how this can be done, with some practical tips. This includes what to do if your smoke alarms are too sensitive for burning incense, and options for when you are travelling. An important part of Spiritual Hygiene!
This podcast came about after a client shared how she had experienced energetic interference on holiday, despite having set up her usual layers of various energetic protection. When I check on if she has energetically cleansed their hotel room before implementing the energetic protection, the penny dropped (so to speak). She said it make complete sense and so I thought I’d put together some of the techniques I currently have as tools in my spiritual toolkit. We can all learn from each other I hope at least one of the techniques I share will inspire you!
