It is important to consider ethics when sending healing to another person and I cover points to be aware of in this podcast. There are ways to still offer this support while making sure the energy you work with does in fact resonate with the receiver. We also need to consider that, while we might mean well and want to help / support a friend, family member or colleague, they may not wish to receive healing energy from us for various reasons.
