During these times of great shifts and the Ascension journey from 3D to 5D, many Lightworkers, Empaths, Starseeds and Earthseeds have noticed and experienced an increase in energetic interference. Liz & Katie will be taking questions from participants and these need to be typed in the chat box. They will endevour to answer as many questions as possible, however they might not be able to answer all questions. They will tune in to see which are most beneficial for the group.
We will wrap up with another meditation to safely release the group space, disconnect and ground/protect again.
