To view your purchased event recording, you must be logged into ‘My Store Account’, which then grants access to the event page. If you are not logged in, you will get a ‘Restricted’ message. If you see this message, please log in to your account and then try to access the link again.

Your order details and event recording page link are also available from your account dashboard by clicking on your ‘Orders’ tab.
If you have not created an account beforehand, one will have been automatically created for you during your purchase, and the login details emailed to you. Please be sure to check both your inbox and spam inbox.
