An opportunity for Lightworkers & Starseeds to take a moment of energetic self-care. Immerse yourself in a guided visualisation-style meditation to rebalance your chakras and energy fields (aura). This will include processes to clear any stagnant or lower vibrational energy that is ready to be released, correct the rotational spin of any chakras if applicable, deal with any vows or agreements that affect optimum function of the chakra system, as well as a gentle recalibration of each chakra and your energy fields.
Liz Findlay is a Starseed & Reiki Master Teacher and has been working with chakra rebalancing since 2010. She combines techniques that she has found useful, including her work with energetic interference clearing. We will meet on the Insight Timer app for an hour and most of this time will be dedicated to the guided visualisation. Please make sure you are in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed by anyone. It’s also good to have water to sip.
