This event will be recorded for those who cannot attend the exact time live on Zoom. The recording will be sent out via Eventbrite within 2 days after the live event.

We will meet on Zoom for an hour, starting with a meditation to ground, as well as to protect the group and Zoom space. Liz will be taking questions from participants and these need to be typed in the chat box. She will endevour to answer as many questions as possible, however she might not be able to answer all questions. Liz will tune in to see which are most beneficial for the group. We will wrap up with another meditation to safely release the group space, disconnect and ground/protect again.
